The ProSoft 5104-DNPS-PDPM is a high-performance industrial protocol gateway designed to realize bidirectional data conversion between DNP3 slave protocol and PROFIBUS DP master protocol. It acts as a bridge between DNP3-based SCADA systems and PROFIBUS DP slave field devices, supporting reliable data mapping and real-time data exchange for power and process automation applications. This gateway supports DNP3 over serial RS-232/RS-485 and PROFIBUS DP master interface, and users can configure data points, polling schedules and fault alarm parameters through dedicated configuration software.

It is equipped with multiple status LEDs for power, communication transmit, receive and fault status, which facilitates on-site commissioning and troubleshooting. The module accepts 24 VDC power supply, supports DIN rail mounting inside control cabinets, and carries industrial-grade electromagnetic compatibility to adapt to harsh electromagnetic interference environments. It supports data mapping of analog values, binary inputs, binary outputs and counter points, and provides diagnostic functions to monitor communication link quality. The operating temperature range is 0°C to 55°C, suitable for continuous operation in substations, water plants and industrial control rooms.
