The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/15 power supply module is a half-height rack power unit designed exclusively for the Bently Nevada 3500 TSI machinery protection system. It is available in multiple variants including universal AC, high voltage DC and low voltage DC versions to match different site power conditions. The module is installed in the dedicated half-height power slots on the left side of the 3500 rack. Users can install one single power module for basic operation or two modules together to build a fully redundant power architecture. Either power supply can independently deliver enough power to run the entire rack system. When configured with dual redundancy, the module supports hot swapping. Maintenance personnel can replace one faulty power unit without shutting down the rack or interrupting the machinery protection safety logic. This power module converts raw input power into stable multi-channel regulated DC bus voltage, continuously providing reliable power for all monitor modules, relay output modules, communication interface modules and field sensors connected on the rack backplane. It integrates comprehensive hardware protection circuits including overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit and overtemperature protection, which can effectively protect all rack internal hardware from damage caused by power grid fluctuations, surge interference and abnormal power events. The front panel is equipped with clear LED indicators to display module OK running status and fault alarm information for on-site inspection. Built-in continuous self-diagnosis function runs in real time during operation, detecting internal hardware failures and power abnormalities promptly and reporting fault signals through the rack system. It must cooperate with the corresponding PIM power input module to complete power signal access. Widely deployed in petrochemical, power generation and metallurgy industries, it is matched with steam turbines, gas turbines and centrifugal compressors to provide stable and uninterrupted power support for rotating machinery vibration, bearing temperature, shaft position and overspeed TSI online monitoring and safety protection.
