Product Details:
ATLAS COPCO TC-4000-P-CC-ES belongs to the PowerMACS 4000 multi-spindle tightening control platform. It is a high-performance controller with control communication interface and built-in Ethernet switch. The suffix CC represents control communication, and ES stands for the integrated internal Ethernet switch, which simplifies local network wiring for multiple tightening spindles. The front panel is equipped with a text display and operation buttons, allowing field operators to check network parameters, alarm messages and tightening result records directly on site. Users can create tightening programs, adjust torque and angle parameters, view tightening curves, export historical data and complete fault diagnosis by using ToolsTalk PowerMACS configuration software. This controller can synchronously drive multiple Atlas Copco QST tightening spindles, and it is suitable for high-speed multi-point fixed fastening stations in mass production workshops. It adopts the mature Dynatork tightening algorithm to ensure stable and repeatable torque output, captures complete tightening curves and saves all fastening records to achieve full process traceability. Redundant emergency stop safety circuits are integrated inside to meet the strict safety standards of automated assembly lines. It supports reliable data interaction with upper control systems through the control communication port, and also provides isolated digital I/O terminals for signal interlock with peripheral automation equipment. It is widely used in multi-axis fastening production lines that require stable control communication and local network expansion.
