Product Details:
ATLAS COPCO TC-4000-P-PN-ES belongs to the PowerMACS 4000 control platform. It is a high-performance multi-spindle tightening controller with Profinet interface and built-in Ethernet switch. The suffix PN represents Profinet communication, and ES indicates the integrated internal Ethernet switch for convenient local networking of multiple spindles. The front panel carries a text display and operation buttons, so operators can view network parameters, alarm codes and tightening results directly on site. Users can edit tightening programs, review tightening curves and export historical data through ToolsTalk PowerMACS software. This controller can synchronously drive multiple Atlas Copco QST tightening spindles, suitable for high-speed multi-point fixed fastening stations in mass production. It adopts the Dynatork algorithm to achieve stable torque control, captures complete tightening curves and records all tightening data to realize full process traceability. It integrates safety circuits with redundant emergency stop relays to satisfy strict safety standards for automated production. It supports real-time data interaction with upper PLC via Profinet, and also reserves isolated digital I/O terminals for signal interlock with peripheral automation equipment. It is widely used in high-demand multi-axis fastening production lines.
