ATLAS COPCO PF3000, also known as Power Focus 3000, is a modular classic tightening control platform launched by Atlas Copco for industrial fastening applications. This series includes compact base units and graphic versions with display, supporting optional fieldbus communication boards to match different automation requirements. It can work with Tensor S4, Tensor S7 and Tensor S9 electric nutrunners, providing stable and high-repeatability tightening control for medium and heavy torque assembly processes in automotive and general manufacturing industries. It supports web access for remote data viewing and troubleshooting, captures complete tightening curves, and carries multiple standard tightening strategies to ensure consistent assembly quality. Users can complete program creation, parameter setting, data backup and fault diagnosis through ToolsTalk PF software. It is equipped with serial port and isolated digital I/O terminals, and can be expanded with Profibus, DeviceNet and other bus modules to realize data interaction with PLC and upper MES systems. It is widely adopted on automated assembly lines that require full tightening traceability.
