ATLAS COPCO TC-4000-P-PB-ES belongs to the PowerMACS 4000 control platform. It is a high-performance multi-spindle tightening controller equipped with Profibus interface and built-in Ethernet switch. The suffix PB stands for Profibus communication interface, and ES means integrated internal Ethernet switch to simplify local network wiring for multiple spindles. The front panel is fitted with a text display and operation buttons, so on-site operators can view network parameters, alarm codes and tightening result records directly. Users can edit tightening programs, check tightening curves, export historical data and carry out fault diagnosis through ToolsTalk PowerMACS software. This controller can drive multiple Atlas Copco QST tightening spindles synchronously, which is suitable for high-speed multi-point fixed fastening stations for mass production. It uses the reliable Dynatork tightening algorithm to deliver stable torque control, captures complete tightening curves and stores all fastening data to realize full process traceability. It integrates redundant emergency stop safety circuits to meet strict safety standards of automated production lines. It supports real-time data interaction with upper PLC via Profibus, and also provides isolated digital I/O terminals for signal interlock with peripheral automation devices. It is widely used in multi-axis fastening production lines that require Profibus bus connection.
