ATLAS COPCO PF3007-AG-G belongs to the Power Focus 3000 series. It is an upgraded graphic single-channel tightening controller. AG stands for upgraded graphic assembly version, and G confirms the equipped graphic HMI terminal with LCD display and physical keypad. Operators can create tightening programs, adjust torque and angle parameters, view real-time tightening curves, check batch records and read fault alarm codes directly on the front panel. Remote configuration, data backup and fault diagnosis can also be completed via ToolsTalk PF software on external PC. This controller is compatible with Tensor S4 and Tensor S7 series electric nutrunners and delivers stable and repeatable precision fastening output for low and medium torque assembly processes. It supports complete tightening curve capture and multiple standard tightening strategies to guarantee consistent assembly quality. It is equipped with serial port and isolated digital I/O terminals for signal interlock with PLC and other automation equipment. It is suitable for standalone assembly stations and semi-automatic production lines requiring local on-site operation and full tightening traceability.
