ATLAS COPCO TC-4000-P-PN-2P-ES is part of the PowerMACS 4000 multi-spindle tightening control platform. It is a high-performance controller equipped with dual port Profinet interface and built-in Ethernet switch. The PN suffix denotes Profinet communication, while 2P stands for dual port design which supports ring topology and improves network redundancy. ES indicates the internal Ethernet switch for convenient local networking of multiple tightening spindles. A text display and operation buttons are arranged on the front panel, allowing field operators to check IP settings, alarm information and tightening results on site. Users can create tightening programs, view tightening curves, export historical records and perform fault diagnosis via ToolsTalk PowerMACS software. This controller can synchronously drive several QST tightening spindles, ideal for high throughput multi-point fixtured fastening stations in mass production. It adopts the proven Dynatork tightening algorithm to maintain stable torque output, captures full tightening curves and archives every fastening record to achieve complete traceability. Redundant emergency stop circuits are integrated inside to satisfy strict safety specifications for automatic assembly lines. It supports high-speed real-time data exchange with upper PLC through dual port Profinet, and also reserves isolated digital I/O terminals for signal handshake with peripheral automation equipment. It is widely deployed on multi-axis fastening lines requiring reliable redundant industrial Ethernet connection.
