ATLAS COPCO PF6000#U9954D belongs to the Power Focus 6000 platform, U9954D stands for the designated configuration variant of this high-end intelligent tightening controller. It supports virtual station technology and can manage up to six tools simultaneously, including wired and battery operated Tensor series electric nutrunners. This unit is equipped with a built-in 7 inch touch HMI, operators can set tightening programs, view torque curves, read batch results and check fault alarms directly on the local screen. Remote configuration and data access are available via embedded web HMI and ToolsTalk 2 software. It supports multiple industrial Ethernet and fieldbus protocols for seamless connection with PLC and MES systems, suitable for smart factory high precision assembly lines with strict traceability requirements.
