ATLAS COPCO PF600, also known as Power Focus 600, is a cost-effective compact single-channel tightening controller designed for low to medium torque fastening tasks. It comes with an integrated front color touch HMI, enabling operators to create tightening programs, observe real-time torque-angle curves, check batch counts and read fault alarms locally. It supports embedded web HMI, so users can carry out remote setup and data checking without installing heavy desktop software. This controller is compatible with Tensor ES electric nutrunners, equipped with built-in Ethernet port, USB interface and isolated digital I/O terminals. It fits compact assembly workstations that demand basic traceability and simple PLC interlock, widely deployed in small component assembly lines. Its compact footprint helps save valuable cabinet space for skid-mounted and modular automation systems.
