Product Details:
ATLAS COPCO PF4000-G-DN-HW belongs to the classic Power Focus 4000 series, it is a single-channel graphic tightening controller equipped with built-in LCD display and keypad. The letter G stands for graphic local operation version, DN means integrated DeviceNet communication board, and HW refers to standard hardware revision. Operators can create tightening programs, observe real-time torque-angle curves, check batch results and retrieve fault alarms directly on the front panel. Remote parameter configuration, data backup and diagnostic access can be realized through ToolsTalk PF software. This unit supports Tensor ST, Tensor SR, ETX and DS series electric nutrunners, and provides stable high-precision fastening control. The DeviceNet interface enables seamless data exchange with Rockwell PLC and automation hosts, suitable for automated assembly lines requiring both local manual operation and fieldbus interconnection.
