This controller module can be configured in primary and redundant paired mode,keeping control program,setpoint parameters and I/O status fully synchronized through high-speed backplane link. When the main controller fails, loses power or is removed for maintenance,it can realize bumpless switchover instantly without interrupting output actions of field actuators,suitable for petrochemical,chemical and power critical production units with high availability requirements. It supports a wealth of control algorithm libraries including PID,ratio control,feedforward regulation,sequence logic and safety interlock function blocks. It communicates with remote I/O modules,fieldbus interface modules and upper Experion server through ControlNet and Ethernet,cyclically reading process signal data and issuing control commands. It supports online program download,parameter modification and point force operation. Engineers can debug logic and check alarm information through engineering station without stopping production.
