It serves as the core computing unit inside the control cabinet, responsible for executing continuous control algorithms, discrete interlock logic, sequence control and batch calculation tasks for various process parameters such as pressure, flow, level and temperature. This module communicates with the C300 backplane bus, redundant control network, UCN IOP modules and operator stations to achieve real-time data exchange, command distribution and status feedback. It supports a rich library of standard control function blocks in Control Builder software, including PID regulation, ratio control, feedforward compensation, timer, counter and safety interlock blocks, which can meet the complex control requirements of petrochemical, chemical, power and water treatment production lines.
