Honeywell 6216650 is an 8-channel isolated analog output module designed for Honeywell IPC 620 and IPC 621 control platform,its main purpose is accurate signal conversion and stable valve positioning for field analog actuators. This analog output module receives digital control values transmitted from the rack processor and converts them into standard 4-20mA current signals to drive valve positioners,electric actuators and modulating regulators. Optical isolation structure is adopted between the field instrument circuit and the control backplane bus to isolate common-mode voltage and ground loop interference,preventing surge and abnormal noise on the field cable from causing output deviation and damaging other rack modules. It uses high-precision D/A conversion circuit to guarantee linear output response for closed-loop control loops,ensuring that the valve opening degree changes synchronously with the control strategy.
