This AC digital output module receives on-off logic commands transmitted from the main processor,switching internal AC switching circuits to switch 115VAC power supply for solenoid valves,indicator lamps,auxiliary contactor coils and alarm devices. It adopts zero-cross turn-on design to reduce surge current generated at the moment of switching,effectively suppressing arc interference and extending the service life of internal switching components. Built-in channel isolation structure separates the high-voltage AC field loop and low-voltage control backplane bus,blocking ground loop and common-mode interference,preventing field-side short-circuit and surge faults from damaging the control rack and disturbing core control logic.
