Honeywell 6210024 is a 4-channel pulse input module designed for Honeywell IPC 620 control platform,its main purpose is stable pulse acquisition and accurate flow totalization from pulse-type field transmitters. This pulse input module receives pulse train signals from turbine flow meters,rotary encoders and pulse generators. It captures cyclic pulse signals,calculates pulse frequency,rotation speed and accumulated flow volume,and feeds timestamped measurement results back to the main processor for batch control,flow trending and equipment speed monitoring. It adopts optical isolation design between field circuit and control backplane bus to prevent surge and ground loop interference from damaging the control chassis and distorting counting data.
