Honeywell 6210022 is an 8-channel isolated analog input module designed for Honeywell IPC 620 control platform,its main purpose is stable signal acquisition and effective noise suppression for analog process signals. This isolated analog input module accepts configurable 4-20mA current and 0-10VDC voltage signals from field transmitters such as pressure sensors,flow transmitters and level instruments. It adopts optical isolation design between field side and control backplane side,cutting off ground loop interference and common-mode voltage that may cause measurement drift or hardware damage. It converts analog field signals into digital data and transmits sampled values to the main processor for PID calculation,alarm judgment and trend recording.
