Honeywell 6200052 is a serial communication module designed for Honeywell Safety Manager SIS platform,its main purpose is reliable serial communication and protocol conversion between the safety rack and third-party field devices or auxiliary controllers. This module supports RS485 serial interface and Modbus RTU protocol,acting as a bridge to exchange safety status,measurement values and diagnostic data with transmitters,flow computers and auxiliary control units that only support serial communication. It converts native Safety Manager internal bus data into standard serial frames and vice versa,ensuring cross-device data exchange without disrupting the core safety logic running inside the SIS processor.
