It undertakes core logic calculation, closed-loop regulation and sequence control tasks in the control cabinet, and exchanges real-time data with C300 controller, various UCN I/O modules and operator stations through the system backplane and control bus. This module supports a wealth of built-in control algorithms, which can realize stable regulation of flow, pressure, liquid level and temperature closed-loop loops, and also support batch control, interlock logic and safety sequence processing required by petrochemical and chemical processes. The internal circuit adopts industrial-grade components and multi-stage anti-interference design, which can resist electromagnetic noise and transient pulse impact generated by on-site high-power equipment and frequency converters.
