Honeywell 51204172175 (51204172-175, MC-TAIH22) is a conformal coated analog input FTA board designed for Honeywell Experion PKS UCN I/O system, and it is the field termination assembly matched with MC-TAIH22 universal analog input IOP card. This FTA supports STI smart transmitter interface function, compatible with a wide range of field analog instruments including two-wire and four-wire 4-20mA transmitters, DC voltage sensors, RTD resistance temperature detectors and thermocouple millivolt sensors, which can realize mixed wiring of different signal types in one single board and bring great convenience for cabinet point arrangement and engineering design. The PCB circuit board adopts professional conformal coating treatment, which can effectively isolate moisture, salt mist and corrosive gas in severe working environments such as offshore platforms and chemical plants, reduce the risk of circuit oxidation, leakage and short circuit, and extend the stable service life of the termination board under long-term harsh operating conditions. Each signal channel is equipped with independent surge suppression circuit and RC signal filtering components, which can filter high-frequency noise and transient pulse interference introduced by long-distance field cables, block abnormal voltage surge from the field side, and protect the precision acquisition circuit of the matched IOP module from permanent damage.
