Honeywell 51204168150 (51204168-150, MC-TAIY62) is the harsh-environment conformal coated analog input module of Honeywell Experion PKS UCN I/O series, which is the upgraded version compared with MU-TAIY62 51204168100. It communicates with C300 redundant controller via UCN bus protocol, and is used to collect 4-20mA analog signals from field two-wire and four-wire transmitters for pressure, flow, liquid level and temperature measurement. The PCB adopts conformal coating protection, which can resist moisture, salt mist and corrosive gas in chemical plants, offshore platforms and other severe industrial environments, effectively reducing the risk of circuit corrosion and short circuit and extending the service cycle of the module.
