Honeywell 51204166175 (51204166-175, MC-TDOY23) is the conformal coated relay-type digital output FTA termination assembly for Honeywell Experion PKS UCN I/O subsystem. It is different from the standard non-relay 51204166125 version, which integrates built-in electromechanical relays on the board. It acts as the isolation and power switching interface between the matched digital output IOP card and field high-power loads, and can switch AC and DC signals to drive solenoid valves, motor contactors, interlock relays and field actuators that cannot be directly driven by the IOP card. Each channel is equipped with independent relay isolation and surge absorption components, which can completely isolate the high voltage and back EMF from the field side, effectively avoiding impact damage to the expensive UCN IOP module and control backplane. The PCB surface adopts conformal coating treatment, which meets ISA S71.04 G3 environmental standard, can resist moisture, salt mist and corrosive gas in harsh working conditions such as chemical plants and offshore platforms, and reduces the risk of circuit corrosion and short circuit.
