Compared with the 16-channel 51204160125 version, this FTA board adopts 32 isolated digital input channels, which can collect more discrete field signals in the same cabinet installation space, suitable for process equipment with dense switch points and interlock signals. It is used as the signal interface between the MU-TDIY22 digital input module and on-site field devices including limit switches, proximity switches, emergency stop buttons, pump and valve auxiliary contact signals. Each channel is equipped with independent isolation circuit and transient surge suppression components, which can filter instantaneous interference pulses from field cables, block abnormal voltage impact, and protect the expensive UCN IOP card from damage. The circuit board surface adopts conformal coating treatment, which can resist moisture, dust and corrosive gas in harsh industrial environments such as chemical plants and offshore platforms, and extend the service life of the termination board.
