Honeywell 51204156175 (51204156-175) is the high-current version of digital output FTA termination assembly matched with Honeywell MU-TDOY62 digital output module for Experion PKS UCN I/O subsystem. It acts as the signal interface between the MU-TDOY62 IOP card and field heavy-load actuators, including large solenoid valves, high-power intermediate relays and motor interlock contactors. This FTA board adopts 32 isolated output channels, each channel supports maximum 500mA load current under 24VDC working condition, which can meet the driving demand of heavy inductive loads in process sites. Each channel is equipped with built-in surge absorption and freewheeling protection components, which can quickly absorb the back electromotive force generated when the inductive load is cut off, avoid instantaneous reverse voltage impact and effectively protect the expensive UCN digital output card from burnout. It is equipped with standard screw terminals for field wiring, and the channel numbers, power terminals and alarm signal terminals are clearly printed on the board surface, which is convenient for single-point wiring check and loop debugging during commissioning. It has two dedicated shielded FTA cable interfaces, and connects to the MU-TDOY62 IOP card through MU-KFTS series shielded cable, to improve the anti-interference ability of the control signal in industrial cabinets with many frequency conversion devices. It follows the standard rack installation dimension of Honeywell PKS Series C cabinet, can be installed on the cabinet backplane together with the IOP card.
