It serves as the signal transfer bridge between the MU-TDOY62 digital output card and field actuators, solenoid valves, intermediate relays and interlock loads. This FTA board adopts screw terminal design for field wiring, and connects to the IOP card through dedicated shielded FTA cable, realizing safe isolation and signal distribution of multi-channel digital output signals. It integrates built-in isolation and surge suppression components for each channel, which can absorb the back EMF generated by inductive loads such as relays and solenoid valves, preventing reverse voltage impact from damaging the expensive UCN IOP card.
