Honeywell 51204145125 (51204145-125, MU-TDIY62) is a rack plug-in UCN digital input module developed for Honeywell Experion PKS DCS system. It collects field switch signals, contact status and dry contact digital signals, transmits the collected switch state data to the C300 controller through the UCN control network, and realizes real-time monitoring of valves, motor auxiliary contacts, limit switches and interlock signal points on site. This module has multi-channel isolated input design, which can effectively isolate interference from field power circuits and prevent external abnormal voltage from damaging the backplane and controller. It has built-in channel self-diagnosis function, which can detect channel open circuit, power loss and communication abnormality, and upload fault information to the Experion operation station for maintenance prompt. It adopts standard rack installation structure, supports hot swap under lockout-tagout maintenance operation, which can replace the faulty board without stopping the whole cabinet, reducing the risk of shutdown of important interlock loops. It matches the UCN communication protocol of Honeywell PKS system, and can work with C300 redundant controller, FTA termination board and matched FTA signal cable.
