It converts wide-range AC input into stable 24VDC output to supply power for controller mainboard, backplane, Series C IOP cards and communication modules inside the cabinet. This power supply supports N+1 redundant parallel operation, when one power unit fails, the other working module can automatically take over the full load without interrupting the control loop power supply, which greatly improves the availability of the DCS system for continuous process production. It adopts high-efficiency conversion circuit design and integrates multi-layer protection functions including overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit and overtemperature lockout, which can effectively isolate grid surge and abnormal voltage and avoid permanent damage to expensive core control boards.
