Honeywell 51204033004 (51204033-004, MU-KFTS04) is a 4-meter pre-terminated shielded flat cable assembly for Honeywell Experion PKS Series C IOP and FTA termination assembly interconnection. Compared with the 3m 51204033003 version, this cable is longer, designed for cabinet layout cases where the installation distance between the Series C IOP module and FTA terminal board is relatively far. This cable strictly follows the fixed pin definition and channel sequence of Honeywell Series C IOP subsystem, used for stable bidirectional transmission of standard 4-20mA analog loop signals and dry contact digital input and output signals between IOP card and field termination FTA board. It adopts multi-conductor insulated flat structure with overall shielding layer, which can effectively suppress crosstalk and electromagnetic interference from on-site frequency converters and high-power power cables, prevent signal sampling drift and measurement jitter, and guarantee the stability and accuracy of analog control loops. Both ends are pre-installed with matched dedicated IDC crimp connectors, ready for direct plug-in without on-site wire sorting and crimping work, greatly reducing wiring error risk during cabinet reconstruction, cabinet relocation and spare replacement. It is compatible with Series C analog input, analog output and mixed digital IOP modules and supporting FTA termination assemblies.
