Honeywell 51202304100 (51202304-100) is a high-capacity rack-mounted switching power supply module designed for Honeywell Experion PKS cabinet systems, it provides stable 24VDC output for backplane, controller boards, series I/O modules and communication sub-system inside the control cabinet. This power unit accepts wide AC input from 100Vac to 277Vac,50/60Hz,rated output 24VDC 60A with total power up to 1440W and high conversion efficiency up to 90%. It adopts advanced current sharing circuit design and supports N+1 redundant parallel configuration. When one power module fails, the remaining working modules can automatically share the whole cabinet load without cutting off output, ensuring uninterrupted power supply for critical control loops. It integrates multi-level protection functions including overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit and overtemperature lockout protection, which can effectively block grid surge and transient interference and avoid damage to expensive core controller and I/O cards. It supports hot swap operation under lockout-tagout maintenance procedure, engineers can replace the faulty power module without shutting down the whole cabinet power supply. It continuously monitors input status, output voltage, load current and internal temperature, and uploads fault alarm information to the Experion operation station for timely maintenance.
