This unit adopts two built-in 12VDC fans to provide larger air volume and stronger heat dissipation capacity for the HPM processor, memory module, communication board and backplane circuit inside the rack, which is suitable for heavy-load rack configurations with high power consumption and dense board layout. It integrates independent speed detection circuit for each fan, supports separate stall and overspeed monitoring of two fans. When one fan fails, the system will trigger a fault alarm on the LCN operation station, and the other fan can continue to run to maintain basic heat dissipation, avoiding sudden over-temperature shutdown of the control rack. It follows the standard rack installation size of TDC3000 HPM cabinet, supports hot swap operation under lockout-tagout maintenance procedures, which can reduce the risk of shutdown of important control loops during spare replacement. The air inlet is equipped with a large-area dust filter screen, which can effectively block dust and fiber debris in the cabinet air and prevent dust accumulation on the surface of precision circuit boards.
