Honeywell 51201420006 (51201420-006, MU-KFTA06) is a 6-meter pre-terminated flat ribbon cable assembly for Honeywell TDC3000 legacy DCS IOP and FTA termination assembly interconnection. It is the longer version following the 1m,2m,3m,4m and 5m models in this series,used for scenarios where there is a large spacing between the five-slot IOP chassis and FTA terminal board inside the control cabinet. This cable strictly follows the TDC3000 IOP pin definition and channel sequence,transmitting bidirectional standard 4-20mA analog current loop signals and dry contact digital input and output signals between plug-in IOP modules and field termination FTA board. It adopts multi-conductor flat insulated structure with built-in shielding layer,which can effectively suppress crosstalk between adjacent signal channels in dense cabinet environment and avoid sampling jitter and signal distortion caused by electromagnetic interference from frequency converters and other field equipment.
