Honeywell 51199930100 (51199930-100, SPS5713) is the upgraded TDI main rack switching power supply for Honeywell Experion PKS C300 DCS control rack,used together with 51199929100 SPS5710 power supply for redundant power configuration of C300 controller,IOTA terminal boards and Series C I/O modules. This power supply accepts 100-240Vac wide industrial AC input with frequency 47-63Hz,outputs stable 24-26Vdc 20A regulated power to the rack backplane bus. It adopts optimized internal isolation and double EMC filtering circuit design,strongly suppressing surge noise and high-frequency interference from field frequency conversion equipment,effectively avoiding abnormal signal sampling and random communication interruption of I/O channels. It supports N+1 redundant parallel current sharing operation,when the main power unit fails,the standby module can automatically take over the whole rack load to realize bumpless power transfer without affecting the running control loops. It is equipped with complete protection mechanisms including overvoltage,undervoltage,overcurrent,short-circuit and overtemperature lockout protection. It supports hot swap operation under lockout-tagout maintenance procedure,shortening the power interruption time during spare replacement for critical production.
