Honeywell 51199929100 (51199929-100, SPS5710) is a rack-mounted redundant switching power supply module designed for Honeywell Experion PKS C300 controller rack,also compatible with legacy TDC300 and TDC2000 DCS rack configurations,its main purpose is providing stable isolated 24VDC regulated power supply for backplane,controller core boards,I/O modules and communication logic circuits. This power unit accepts wide-range AC input from 100Vac to 240Vac with frequency 47-63Hz,output rated 24VDC 20A,total output power up to 480W. It adopts 2500Vac isolation design between input and output side,which can effectively block interference cross transmission between AC power grid and DCS control circuit,preventing signal jitter and random communication error caused by grid noise. It supports N+1 redundant parallel operation and automatic current sharing function. When one power module fails,the remaining power units can automatically take over the load without cutting off output,realizing bumpless transfer for critical continuous production control loops. It is equipped with complete protection mechanisms including overvoltage,undervoltage,overcurrent,short-circuit and overtemperature lockout protection.
