This board is the upgraded version of 51197005100 LCN board,optimized for stronger anti-interference performance and higher data throughput,used for transmitting real-time process values,alarm messages,operator operation commands and trend data between the operator station and all LCN network nodes including NIM gateway,HM history module and HPM controller. It completes LCN bus frame encoding and decoding,address filtering and data check function,ensuring stable communication between the station and LCN network under heavy industrial noise environment. It supports redundant LCN network wiring scheme,continuously monitors LCN coax signal quality,frame error rate and hardware watchdog state,recording timestamped fault logs and displaying communication offline alarm prompts on the DCS operation screen for maintenance personnel to judge whether the fault comes from the board,coaxial cable or network trunk.
