Honeywell 51196655100 (51196655-100) is a dual-node rack switching power supply module for Honeywell TDC3000 legacy DCS,its main purpose is stable multi-rail regulated DC power supply for two redundant control nodes inside one rack,including HPM processor board,memory board,LCN interface and communication logic circuits. This power unit adopts 120/240VAC selectable industrial AC input,total output power up to 165W,providing +5V,+12V,-12V and +27V multi-channel low-ripple DC output to support dual-node redundant control configuration. It has built-in isolation design between the two node power branches. If one node power circuit fails,the other node power branch can keep independent operation,greatly improving the reliability of critical control loops for petrochemical and power production. It is equipped with comprehensive protection logic including overvoltage,undervoltage,overcurrent,short-circuit and overtemperature lockout protection. When the backplane load is shorted or internal power components are overheated,it will cut off the corresponding channel output separately and avoid fault cross infection between two nodes. It supports J102 jumper setting for internal or external GPS clock synchronization signal matching,adapted to SOE sequence of event recording requirement of TDC3000 system.
