Honeywell 51195752100 (51195752-100) is a rack plug-in CPU processor board for Honeywell TDC3000 APM advanced process manager rack,its main purpose is running continuous control strategy,sequence logic calculation,alarm judgement and trend data processing for legacy TDC3000 DCS system. This CPU board is the core logic computing unit of APM rack. It reads real-time analog and digital signal data collected from IOP and paddle boards through backplane bus,executes PID regulation,interlock logic,calculation formula and batch control configuration downloaded from engineering station. It generates output commands and sends them back to I/O subrack to drive field regulating valves,solenoid valves and status indicators. It communicates with LCN network through matched LCN adapter board,uploading real-time process values,alarm messages and trend curves to operator stations for screen display and operator confirmation.
