Product Details：Honeywell 51195096100 (51195096-100) is a rack plug-in I/O interface board dedicated for Honeywell TDC3000 legacy DCS system,its main purpose is two-way signal bridging between the rack backplane bus and field-side analog and digital instruments. This board collects 4-20mA analog signals from pressure,flow,temperature and level transmitters,as well as dry contact digital signals from limit switches,interlock relays and status feedback switches on site. It performs signal filtering,amplification and A/D conversion for incoming analog signals,and converts digital contact on/off states into digital data. The processed data is transmitted to the TDC3000 controller through the backplane bus for closed-loop operation calculation and alarm display on operator stations.
