Honeywell 51107595100 (51107595-100) is a rack plug-in AC-DC power supply module dedicated for Honeywell TDC3000 legacy DCS system,its main purpose is stable backplane power feeding and reliable mains conversion for the control rack loaded with LCN adapter,processor and I/O modules. This power supply accepts wide-range industrial AC mains input and converts it into stable low-ripple regulated DC output to supply power for the backplane bus of TDC3000 rack,supporting continuous running of communication board,analog input board and digital I/O boards in the same rack. It adopts multi-level protection circuits including overvoltage,overcurrent,short-circuit and overtemperature protection. When the I/O channel has short-circuit load or internal hardware overheating,it will trigger fast locking protection to prevent fault spread to other expensive rack modules. It continuously monitors output voltage,load current and internal temperature,collects power loss,undervoltage and overload abnormal signals,records timestamped fault logs and uploads alarm information to the upper LCN network for maintenance engineers to locate power failure quickly.
