The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/93 135799-01 display interface module (DIM) belongs to Bently Nevada 3500 TSI machinery protection system. It is a full-height hot-swappable rack module, installed in one slot of the 3500 rack. This module is the communication bridge between rack backplane and local display panel. It collects vibration, displacement, temperature, speed, alarm status and system event logs from all monitor modules inside the rack, then transmits data to up to two 3500 local LCD display units via RS422 serial bus. Operators can view real-time measurement values, active alarms and historical events on the local display without PC connection. The module supports configuration via 3500 rack software to customize display groups and alarm view settings. Front panel LED indicators display module OK status and communication link status for on-site inspection. Built-in self-diagnosis function can detect module hardware fault and communication interruption faults. It supports hot swapping during normal rack operation, maintenance staff can replace the module without shutting down the whole TSI system.
