The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/93 135785-01 system display unit is the local human-machine interface for Bently Nevada 3500 TSI machinery protection system. It connects to the display interface module inside the 3500 rack via serial communication cable. This unit can read real-time measurement data, alarm status, trip events and historical event logs from all monitor modules in the rack. Operators can view vibration, displacement, temperature, speed and relay status locally on the LCD screen without connecting a PC. It supports four mounting methods: face mount on 3500 rack, 19-inch standard cabinet mount, panel mount and desktop mount. Up to two 3500/93 display units can be connected to one rack for redundant local monitoring. Front panel LED indicators display unit OK, rack Alert and rack Danger status. Built-in self-diagnosis function can detect communication failure and display hardware faults. It complies with API 670 turbomachinery monitoring standard, widely applied in petrochemical, power generation and metallurgy industries, matched with steam turbines, gas turbines and centrifugal compressors, used for on-site local display and alarm checking of machinery protection rack.
