The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/64M four-channel dynamic pressure monitor module belongs to Bently Nevada 3500 TSI machinery protection system. It occupies one slot in the 3500 rack and adopts front card plus rear terminal base split design. The module receives signals from high-temperature dynamic pressure transducers, mainly used for gas turbine combustor pressure pulsation monitoring, to detect combustion instability and humming phenomenon. Each channel can configure bandpass filter and notch filter via 3500 rack configuration software, and support cascade mode that one sensor signal can be shared to multiple channels with different filter settings. It is equipped with recorder output for DCS system trend recording. Engineers can set independent Alert and Danger alarm thresholds for each channel. When pressure pulsation exceeds preset value, the module sends alarm signals to rack relay modules to trigger machinery alarm. Front panel LED indicators display module OK status, bypass state and channel alarm state for on-site inspection. Built-in self-diagnosis function can detect sensor open circuit, short circuit and signal loss faults. It supports hot swapping during normal rack operation, maintenance staff can replace the module without shutting down the whole TSI system. It complies with API 670 turbomachinery monitoring standard, widely applied in power and petrochemical industries, matched with gas turbines, used for combustor dynamic pressure and combustion oscillation protection monitoring.
