The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/62-03-00 six-channel process variable monitor module belongs to Bently Nevada 3500 TSI machinery protection system. The suffix -03 represents isolated 4-20mA I/O type, -00 means no special hazardous area certifications, suitable for standard control room environments. This module can be installed in any free slot of the 3500 rack. It accepts isolated 4-20mA analog signals from field transmitters, used for pressure, flow, liquid level and auxiliary temperature measurement. Six channels are galvanically isolated, effectively eliminating ground loop interference. Users configure channel scaling and independent Alert and Danger alarm thresholds via 3500 rack configuration software. When the process variable exceeds the preset value, the module sends alarm signals to rack relay modules to trigger machinery alarm or shutdown interlock.
