The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/32 relay output module is a full-height 4 channel relay module designed for the Bently Nevada 3500 machinery protection rack system. This relay output module receives alarm signals from all monitoring modules inside the rack, and users can configure flexible alarm voting logic via dedicated rack configuration software. The machinery protection module supports AND, OR voting rules, latch or non-latch mode, and each SPDT relay channel can be set to normally energized or de-energized state separately. It can trigger safety interlock actions when detecting danger, alert, module not OK or bypass status of vibration, displacement and temperature monitoring points. Equipped with LED status indicators for module health, communication and channel alarm, maintenance staff can quickly check working status on site. The relay contacts adopt epoxy sealed structure with built-in arc suppressor, stable performance and long service life, suitable for harsh industrial environments. Multiple 3500/32 modules can be installed in the rack to expand protection interlock points, widely used in steam turbines, compressors, pumps and fans within petrochemical, power generation and metallurgy industries to realize automatic machine shutdown protection and prevent catastrophic equipment failure.
