ATLAS COPCO PF4000-C-EIP-HW belongs to the Power Focus 4000 series, it is a compact single-channel industrial tightening controller integrated with native EtherNet/IP industrial Ethernet interface. The letter C represents compact type without local LCD screen and physical operation keypad. There is no local panel for parameter modification, curve viewing and fault checking. All tightening program setup, parameter adjustment, function configuration, data backup and equipment fault diagnosis need to be completed remotely via the official ToolsTalk PF configuration software on external PC. EIP stands for EtherNet/IP communication board, supporting stable data exchange with Rockwell PLC and upper automation control systems. This controller is designed for PLC bus controlled automated bolt fastening stations, suitable for fixed assembly stations without frequent on-site manual operation.
