TRICONEX 9566-810 is a 32-point commoned digital input termination panel built for Triconex TMR safety instrumented systems (SIS). This TMR safety field terminal panel establishes the wiring interface between Tricon digital input modules and on-site field sensors, collecting 24/48VDC digital input signals and transmitting stable field signals to Tricon safety I/O modules. Each input channel of the termination panel is equipped with a built-in 180 ohm current-limiting resistor to limit surge current and protect the rear digital input module from electrical damage. It adopts industrial-grade PCB and high-quality spring clamp terminals, featuring stable contact performance and good vibration resistance for long-term stable operation in harsh industrial control cabinets. This panel is compatible with Tricon 3504E high-density digital input module, and two panels can be matched to realize 64-point signal collection. It cooperates with Tricon main processor, digital input modules and shielded cable assemblies. Widely applied in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical and power industries, this TRICONEX 9566-810 termination panel undertakes field signal wiring work for ESD emergency shutdown, fire and gas detection and burner management safety interlock systems.
