TRICONEX 9563-810 is a 24VDC commoned digital input termination panel designed for Triconex TMR safety instrumented systems (SIS). This TMR safety field terminal panel builds the wiring interface between Tricon digital input modules and site field sensors, collecting 16 points of 24VDC digital input signals and transmitting stable field signals to the Tricon I/O modules. The termination panel adopts industrial-grade PCB material, equipped with independent resettable thermal fuse for each channel, which can quickly cut off abnormal current during short circuit to protect the rear safety I/O module. It is fitted with gold-plated screw terminals to reduce contact resistance and improve shock and vibration resistance for stable long-term operation under harsh industrial conditions. This panel is compatible with Tricon 3503E and 3505E digital input modules, realizing reliable signal transmission for safety control loops. It cooperates with Tricon main chassis, digital input modules and shielded cable assemblies.
