This TMR safety baseplate provides mechanical mounting position, power distribution and signal routing for Tricon communication modules and I/O modules, realizing stable electrical connection between field wiring and control modules. The baseplate adopts triple independent bus design matching Tricon 2-out-of-3 voting safety architecture, eliminating single point of failure at physical connection layer. It is manufactured with industrial-grade PCB and high-precision gold-plated connectors, featuring excellent anti-vibration and anti-electromagnetic interference performance for long-term stable operation in harsh industrial environments. It supports hot swap of plug-in modules, users can replace faulty modules without powering down the whole rack to reduce system downtime.
