TRICONEX 3704E V7768-322001 is a 64-channel high density analog input module adopting triple modular redundancy (TMR) architecture for Triconex Tricon safety instrumented systems (SIS). This TMR safety I/O module collects voltage analog signals from field pressure, temperature and flow transmitters, converts analog signals into digital data and transmits to the Tricon main controller. The Tricon high density analog input module supports 0~5VDC and 0~10VDC input ranges, with 12-bit resolution and 75ms input update rate, and the measurement accuracy is less than 0.25% full scale. It is a commoned input design, which helps save cabinet space and reduce wiring cost for large quantity analog signal acquisition. Continuous built-in channel diagnostics can detect open circuit, short circuit and internal hardware faults, and transmit fault alarms to the engineering workstation in real time. The module supports hot swap operation, maintenance workers can replace the faulty module online without shutting down the safety system. Front panel LED indicators display module health status and channel signal state for fast on-site troubleshooting. It adopts 2-out-of-3 voting logic to eliminate single point of failure, fully meets SIL3 safety integrity level requirements. V7768-322001 is the part number variant of 3704E module.
