FOXBORO FBM214 (P0914XQ) is an 8-channel group-isolated HART analog input fieldbus module of FOXBORO Compact 200 I/A Series DCS. It overlays HART FSK digital signals on 4-20mA current loops, reading both process value and instrument diagnostic data from HART smart transmitters. Each channel supports 0~20mA measurement and provides isolated loop power supply for two-wire field instruments. It adopts high precision sigma-delta ADC for stable signal conversion and supports HART universal, common practice and device-specific commands. The PCB is conformal coated to resist vibration, dust, humidity and electromagnetic interference in harsh industrial environments. It communicates with FCP controller over redundant 2Mbps fieldbus. Built-in continuous self-diagnosis detects loop open circuit, short circuit and transmitter fault alarms, helping technicians quickly locate instrument and wiring faults. FBM214 supports hot swap and redundant module pair configuration, widely used for DCS maintenance, spare parts replacement and system retrofit projects. Every FOXBORO FBM214 module passes factory testing and calibration before shipment.

FBM214 is dedicated HART-enabled analog input card, different from standard FBM201E HART card with channel-to-channel isolation. It uses group isolation design and integrated loop power to supply two-wire transmitters directly.
