FOXBORO FBM10/15 is a piggyback discrete output assembly for FOXBORO I/A Series DCS system, assembled by FBM10 main 120VAC discrete output module and FBM15 piggyback expansion module. It expands AC discrete output channels, receiving digital control commands from DCS controller and outputting 120VAC switching signals to drive solenoid valves, motor contactors and local indicator lamps. This module set adopts galvanic channel isolation and conformal coated PCB, protecting electronic components from vibration, dust, humidity and electromagnetic interference in heavy industrial sites. It supports redundant fieldbus communication and configurable fail-safe output state.
